At Oredo, we are committed to delivering your furniture safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines our procedures to ensure you have a clear understanding of our shipping process, timelines, and costs.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship exclusively to customers within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Please ensure your shipping address is a physical address, as we are unable to deliver large furniture items to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping Costs
We strive to provide transparent pricing. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you finalize your purchase.
Processing and Delivery Timelines
We work diligently to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please note the following timeframes:
- Order Processing Time: 1–3 business days. During this time, we verify your order, perform quality checks, and package your furniture for transit.
- Transit/Delivery Time: 10–15 business days. Once your order has left our facility, it typically takes this long to arrive at your doorstep in the United States.
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 11–18 business days.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can use this number on the carrier’s website to monitor the progress of your shipment in real-time. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive the notification.
Delivery Methods
For our furniture products (Living Room, Outdoor, Dining Room, etc.), we utilize reputable freight and parcel carriers experienced in handling large items.
- Standard Delivery: Items are delivered to your front door or curbside.
- Signature Requirement: For high-value items, a signature may be required upon delivery to ensure your furniture is received safely.
Shipping Changes and Cancellations
- Address Changes: If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at support@oredo.shop within 12 hours of placing your order. We cannot change the shipping address once the order has been processed or shipped.
- Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. If the order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to follow our Return & Refund Policy.
Damaged or Missing Shipments
- Damaged on Arrival: If the packaging appears significantly damaged upon arrival, please take photos before opening it. If the furniture inside is damaged, notify us at support@oredo.shop within 48 hours so we can file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement.
- Missing Items: If your tracking indicates “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors or building management before contacting our support team.
