At Oredo, we stand behind the quality of our furniture. We want you to feel confident in your purchase, which is why we offer a limited warranty on our products to ensure they are free from manufacturing defects.
Warranty Coverage
Oredo provides a one-year limited warranty from the date of delivery on all furniture items, including living room, dining room, and outdoor furniture. This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing Defects: Flaws in the workmanship or materials that cause the product to fail under normal residential use.
- Structural Integrity: Issues with the frame, joints, or hardware that compromise the stability of the furniture.
- Material Quality: Significant defects in fabrics, wood, or metal components that are present at the time of delivery.
Warranty Limitations
This warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It applies exclusively to furniture used for normal residential purposes in a climate-controlled environment (unless the item is specifically sold as outdoor furniture).
What is Not Covered
This limited warranty does not cover:
- Wear and Tear: Normal aging, fading of fabrics due to sunlight, pilling of upholstery, or softening of foam cushions over time.
- Improper Assembly: Damage caused by incorrect assembly or failure to follow the provided instructions.
- Misuse or Abuse: Damage resulting from accidents, alterations, negligence, or use of the furniture for commercial or non-residential purposes.
- Improper Care: Damage caused by the use of harsh chemical cleaners, lack of maintenance, or exposure to extreme temperatures or humidity.
- Natural Variations: Unique characteristics in wood grain, knots, or stone patterns that are inherent to the material and not considered defects.
Warranty Claims Process
If you believe your product has a defect covered by this warranty, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at support@oredo.shop with your order number.
- Provide a detailed description of the issue along with clear photos and/or video of the defect.
- Our quality control team will review the claim within 5–7 business days.
Resolutions
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Oredo will, at its sole discretion, provide one of the following:
- Replacement Parts: We will ship the necessary components to repair the item at no cost to you.
- Full Replacement: If the item cannot be repaired, we will provide a replacement of the same or a comparable product.
- Partial Refund: In cases where a minor cosmetic defect exists that does not affect functionality, a partial refund may be offered if the customer chooses to keep the item.
Disclaimer of Implied Warranties
Except for the limited warranty set forth above, Oredo makes no other warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid for the product.
