Can I change my shipping address? Address changes can only be made within 12 hours of placing your order. Please email us immediately with your order number and the correct address.
How do I return an item? We offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. Please contact us at support@oredo.shop to initiate the return process and receive your RMA number.
